DYING FETUS es una banda de Deathgrind/Death Metal técnico originaria de Maryland, Estados Unidos,  fundada en 1991, por Jhon Gallagher.

Gallagher es el único miembro fundador que se ha mantenido en las filas de DYING FETUS, a lo largo de su historia. El sonido de esta banda es muy  recomendable, sólo si te gusta el Death Metal o el Grindcore, pero, sin incluir teclados, con retumbos de pura destrucción, no apto para oidos débiles y autoestima baja.

Cada nueva encarnación de DYING FETUS aporta lo suyo para crear: música de calidad… maniáticamente pesada…
